1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee We stand behind every sachet. If you try Mova Pure and aren't completely satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, contact us and we'll refund your purchase in full — no return required, no questions asked.

To claim your guarantee: email team@movapure.eu with your order number. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

2. Damaged or Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately.

We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

3. Unopened Returns Changed your mind before trying the product? You can return any unopened, sealed order within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Email team@movapure.eu to start the process.

4. How Refunds Work Once approved, refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
