Cancellation & Subscription Policy
At Mova Pure, we aim to make your hydration routine as effortless as possible. This policy explains how you can manage or cancel your purchases and subscriptions at movapure.eu.
1. Subscription Tiers & Discounts
By subscribing, you ensure your body never runs low on essential minerals while benefiting from our tiered discount system:

Monthly Delivery: 15% discount.

Bi-Monthly Delivery (Every 2 months): 10% discount.

6-Month Commitment Plan: 20% discount (Monthly delivery for 6 months).
Managing Your Subscription: You have full control. You can pause, skip, or update your delivery frequency at any time via your account page or the unique link in your order confirmation email.
Cancellation & Adjustment Fee:

Standard Subscriptions (Monthly/Bi-Monthly): Can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid that period's charge.

6-Month Commitment (20% Off): This plan is designed for our most dedicated community members. If you choose to cancel before the 6th delivery has been fulfilled, Mova Pure reserves the right to charge a one-time Adjustment Fee. This fee covers the difference between the 20% loyalty discount you received and the standard retail price for the orders already delivered.
2. Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are securing a product that is currently in production or high demand.

We may collect a partial deposit or store your payment method to charge the remaining balance upon fulfillment.

Pre-orders can be cancelled as long as they have not yet been fulfilled. Once shipped, our standard Returns Policy applies.
3. Returns & Refunds
To maintain our high standards of hygiene and quality, we only accept returns on unopened and undamaged electrolyte sachets. Please see our full Returns Policy for details on how to process a return
