Shipping
We ship all orders directly from our Nordic distribution center. Orders are processed swiftly on weekdays, and you will receive a confirmation email as soon as your shipment leaves our facility. Weekend and holiday orders are processed on the following business day.
Our packaging is minimal and fully recyclable—consistent with our clean-label philosophy.

Returns Policy: For unopened, sealed boxes, you have a standard 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law. Due to health and hygiene regulations, the safety seal must be fully intact to qualify for a return.

My order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time?
Please check with your local postal pickup point first, as couriers frequently drop packages there without leaving a slip. If your order is still missing after the estimated business days have passed, contact our team at team(@)movapure.eu and we will locate it for you.
My order arrived damaged?
Don't worry, we will fix it. Take a quick photo of the damaged external packaging and the contents, then email it to team(@)movapure.eu. We will dispatch a replacement shipment immediately.
Do you ship outside the EU?
We currently specialize exclusively in EU fulfillment. For specific international or bulk inquiries, please reach out to our team directly.
