We ship all orders directly from our Nordic distribution center. Orders placed before 13:00 CET on weekdays are processed the same day. Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day.
Our packaging is minimal and recyclable — consistent with our clean-label philosophy.

We believe in our products. If you've tried Mova Pure and aren't satisfied, contact us at team@movapure.eu within 30 days of receiving your order — we'll offer a flavor swap or a full refund, no hassle.
For unopened, sealed products you have a standard 14-day right of withdrawal. The safety seal must be intact due to hygiene regulations.
Shipping FAQ
My tracking says "Delivered" but I haven't received it? Check with neighbors or your local pickup point first. If still missing, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
My order arrived damaged? Take a photo of the packaging, shipping label and contents, then send it to team@movapure.eu. We'll send a replacement straight away.
Do you ship outside the EU? Not currently. For specific inquiries, reach out to team@movapure.eu.
